Rachael Cook

 Rachael Cook. Cook (born on October 4, 1978) is an American actress. She has appeared in the movies The Baby-Sitters Club (1995) She's All That(99), and Josie and the Pussycats (2000) as well as on the television shows Into the West and Perception. Tifa Lockhart voiced her as well as Robot Chicken's voice and She's All That (1999) as well as She's All That (1998). The series was launched with the English version for Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children. Rachael Leigh Cook was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, the daughter of Thomas Howard Cook, a social worker who was a stand-up comedian as well as JoAnn Cook, a cooking instructor and weaver. Part-Italian, she's also from Italian descent. Cook has made her public service announcement in foster care when she turned seven years old. Cook also began modeling as a print model for children by the age 10 and appeared on national ads for Target. She was a student at Clara Barton Open School at Laurel Springs School and Minneapolis South High School.
